Please note all items shown on the website are available and are not back-ordered.
All orders over $50 are shipped FREE of charge via UPS. Orders under $50 dollars have a flat rate of $15.
Orders are shipped only on business days. UPS will pick up from our one of our warehouses either in Chicago or Los Angeles and will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to deliver.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. (Holidays include all National Holidays plus the Friday after Thanksgiving, December 24th and December 31st).
Please note the shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays can and do occur occasionally that are not within the control of Palm Coolers.
Order Shipment Notification & Package Tracking
After completing an order, you should receive an e-mail from our customer support team notifying you that your order has been received and is being processed. Tracking numbers are available upon requests.
Where We Ship
Palm Coolers website ships to street addresses only (No P.O. Boxes) within the 48 contiguous United States.
International shipments or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FRO addresses, please contact us before placing an order. We will calculate the shipping costs for you and take your order manually.
Signature Required & Undeliverable Fee
Signatures are required upon delivery for your package due to security reasons. Therefore, UPS makes three attempts to deliver your packages to you. After the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and an automatic refund will be processed for the items, minus the 15% undeliverable fee.
Changing an Address for an Order
If you need to change the delivery address of an order, please do so as soon as possible. Our Facebook Chat representative is online 24/7, please let us know your name and the new address which you would like your items to be shipped to, we will take care of it for you at no extra charge.
Cancelling an Order
Again, if you would like to cancel an order that was placed recently, the best way to contact us would be through Facebook Chat where a representative is available at your service 24/7. You may also contact us through the contact form and someone will reply you back with your cancellation number and receipt of your cancelled payment.
Should cancellations not be possible, you can refuse the delivery of the package, and a refund minus the shipping costs (including return) will be credited back to your card.
