At Palm Coolers, we want you, our customers, to be thrilled for the products that you’re going to receive. With this policy, if you are less than 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund anytime within the 100 Days Money Back Guarantee. Any damaged items due to reasons not covered under our warranty cannot be accepted back.

100 days free returns are limited to a single item per customer and does not apply for any items sold by the case. If you purchase more than one item and wish to return the item within 100-days of receiving your item, you will be responsible for arranging for the return and paying the return shipping costs.

For products purchased directly from retailers, dealers, or other resellers, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for more information. We do not accept returns that are not purchased directly from our website.

Products must be in original box and/or packaging.

A service representative will gather any additional information required if necessary, and validate your request. If you purchase qualifies under our 100-Day Return Policy, you will be e-mailed a pre-paid return label and Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

If you’re looking to exchange the item for another PALM item, your original date of purchase must be within 50 days of your order date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 70 days after the original purchase date.
